We are located at 940 N. Fairfax Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90046.
If you’re coming from the east and downtown Los Angeles, drive west on US-101 N and take exit 6B for Melrose Ave. Drive west on Melrose Ave for 0.5 miles, and you’ll see the iconic Hollywood Historic Hotel. Drive another 3.0 miles and turn right onto N Fairfax Ave. Drive 0.2 miles and pass the Oki Dog restaurant on your right. You’ll see Positive Eye Ons on your right-hand side in another 0.1 miles.
If you’re coming from the west, drive northeast on Santa Montic Blvd and take a right onto Melrose Ave. In 0.2 miles, you’ll pass Gracias Madre West Hollywood on your left. Drive east another 1.5 miles, then turn left onto N Fairfax Ave. In 0.2 miles, you’ll pass Coffee Commissary on your left-hand side, which is a sign that you’re getting close. Drive another 0.1 miles, and our practice will be on your right.
