Ryan Stybel, O.D., is the owner and an optometrist at Positive Eye Ons, which he has served diligently since joining the practice in 2008. He has more than 15 years of experience as a practicing eye doctor, and his specialties include scleral and specialty contact lenses, refractive surgery co-management, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease.
Education & Experience
Dr. Ryan Stybel received his bachelor’s in human biology from Michigan State University. After, he earned his Doctor of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, where he completed clinical rotations in ocular disease, primary eye care, referral care, and pediatrics.
Compassion and a patient-oriented drive the high-quality, laid-back eye care experience that Dr. Stybel offers his patients. As the owner of Positive Eye Ons, he leads by example, and selects his staff based on not just their training and expertise, but also their willingness to go above and beyond for the patients they serve.
An empathetic optometrist through and through, Dr. Stybel spends his free time as a volunteer at the Saban Free Clinic in Los Angeles, where he lends his eye care expertise to families in need.
